Classes meet each Monday and Thursday, 7 PM, and each Saturday, 9 AM, at the new Gold's Gym, 2380 Plank Road (Route 3), Fredericksburg, Virginia, in the Mind & Body Fitness room. Training is continuous and you can start at anytime. The only required equipment is loose fitting clothing and bare feet or flat soled shoes. Classes focus on health, fitness, and stress management.
